Lakeland Electrical Services is a union contractor that has proudly partnered with IBEW trade professionals for decades. We value our skilled electricians as individuals and recognize the important role our union partners play in the quality and integrity of our work.
Lakeland hires through the union referral process in the jurisdictions where we operate and works closely with local IBEW affiliates across the Midwest. Current or prospective union members are encouraged to contact their local union hall or visit the Electrical Training Alliance to locate a program near you.
